There's something sexy about a hot fighting game babe who bares her feet. So,I've decided to make a list of Gals who do.
To keep this list short and fair,I Won't be listing mods. Also I will be counting babes who wear barefooted instep/shin guards,ankle/foot wraps,or flip-flops/sandals.
Now,before I get to the main list,I have some honorable mentions.
Tessa/Tabasa (Red Earth/War-Zard,Super Gem Fighter Mini Mix/Pocket Fighter,and SNK v. Capcom - SVC Chaos) - A sexy witch who's boots are her cats and when she kicks,her boot turns into an attacking cat,leaving her foot bare for a second.
Bonne Jenet/B. Jenet (King of Fighters 11 and Garou - Mark of the Wolves) - This Pirate Princess has an attack called "Ennui Madamoisele" in which She combo hits her foe with her high heel shoe. Her bare foot can be seen for a few seconds while she does this. Sadly in the 3D games,her bare foot is never seen AND when you manipulate the camera in those games,you see her pull out a 3rd shoe from out of thin air - with Both heels still on her feet. And That Sucks!
Sakura Kasugano (Street Fighter Alpha 2 and 3) - One of her victory poses has her kick so hard that her shoe comes off. Her socked foot is seen.
Anna Williams (Tekken 6) - Anna has a special attack where she kicks her shoe at her opponent. Her hosed foot can be seen for a few short seconds.

Yuki (Typhoon Gal) - A Judo girl from an obscure Arcade game called Typhoon Gal. As you'd expect you play as a Martial Artist who's barefooted in a Gi.
Female Fighters and Custom Female Fighters (Many UFC Games) - Most MMA fighters fight barefoot,and with the most recent batch of UFC titles containing both Female Fighters And a Character Creation mode,it was a no-brainer to add these games to the list.
Custom Divas/Lady Wrestlers (WWF/WWE Games 1998 - Today) - You can Easily create custom barefoot Wrestlers (especially female wrestlers) in the 'Create A Superstar' mode. And as a Bonus,in the recent WWE 2k games,you can edit a Superstars attire and even make them barefoot,that includes the women.
Wii Fit Trainer (Super Smash Bros. Wii U,3DS,and Ultimate) - The OG Barefoot Smash Waifu.
Corrin (Super Smash Bros. Wii U,3DS,and Ultimate) - Barefoot Dragon Waifu.
Female Mii Fighters wearing the Heihachi Outfit (Super Smash Bros. Wii U,3DS,ans Ultimate) - You can dress up your Female Mii characters in a Heihachi's Gi. Thankfully there is a Female variation of it (though it's not that much different from the male version). So if you wanted a Barefooted Rosalina or Barefooted Samus,just make a Mii and stick'em in this outfit.
Various Lady Wrestlers and Custom Lady Wrestlers (Fire Pro Wrestling Returns) - You can customize the Lady Wrestlers into going barefoot and you can Create barefooted Lady Wrestlers in the Character creation.
Vatious Lady Wrestlers and Custom Lady Wrestlers (Fire Pro Wrestling World) - Same as previous.
Decapre (Ultra Street Fighter IV) - This Shadaloo Doll shows her feet in 2 of her outfits. She's completely barefoot in her 2nd outfit and wears Sandals in her 3rd. All other outfits have here wear boots.
Elena (Ultra Street Fighter IV) - Elena is only barefoot wearing her default outfit.
Ibuki (Super Street Fighter IV and Ultra Street Fighter IV) - The Ninja Girl is only barefoot in her default outfit.
Makoto (Super Street Fighter IV and Ultra Street Fighter IV) - This spunky gal is only barefoot in her default outfit and i think in one of her alts too.
Akira - (Street Fighter V: Champion Edition) - She's only barefoot wearing her Swimsuit.
Cammy Street Fighter V: Champion Edition) - Cammy's only barefoot outfit is her Swimsuit.
Chun-Li (Super Street Fighter V: Champion Edition) - Chunners is barefoot wearing flip-flops in her Vacation outfit and wearing heeled sandals in her Covert Operations Outfit.
Falke (Street Fighter V: Champion Edition) - She's barefoot in both her Story Outfit and in her Swimsuit
Ibuki (Street Fighter V: Champion Edition) Our favorite Ninja Girl wears sandals with her Battle Outfit. But is barefooted in her Swimsuit and Nostalgia/Classic Outfit.
Juri (Street Fighter V,Street Fighter V: Arcade Edition,and Street Fighter V: Champion Edition) - The Foot Queen of Street Fighter should've been barefoot in All of her Outfits,instead of just 4. Those 4 outfits are - Her Default Outfit,Her Battle Outfit,Her Nostalgia/Classic Outfit,and Her True Boss Outfit.
Karin (Street Fighter V: Champion Edition)- The only barefoot outfit this Japanese Socialite has is her Swimsuit,and she wears sandals with them.
Kolin (Super Street Fighter V: Champion Edition) - This Cold Beauty is barefoot in her Swimsuit.
Laura - (Street Fighter V,Street Fighter V: Arcade Edition,and Street Fighter V: Champion Edition) - Boom! This bombastic Brazillian Babe has 5 Outfits that show her feet. Her Default Outfit,Her 1st Swimsuit,Her Battle Outfit,Her Story Outfit (though she's in sandals),and her 2nd Swimsuit (also in sandals).
Lucia (Street Fighter V: Champion Edition) - Metro City's finest wears sandals with her Swimsuit and is completely barefoot in her Sporty Outfit.
Menat (Street Fighter V: Champion Edition) - Rose's student is barefoot in her Default and Battle Outfits. She's also barefoot in her Swimsuit. However,she wears sandals in her Holiday Outfit.
R.Mika (Street Fighter V: Arcade Edition and Street Fighter V: Champion Edition) - This loud Wrestler wears sandals with her Swimsuit. Sadly,this is the ONLY Ligit outfit she wears that exposes her feet.
Rose (Street Fighter V: Champion Edition) - Sadly,the only outfit that fully exposes this sage's pretty feet is her Swimsuit,and she wears sandals with it.
Sakura ( (Street Fighter V: Arcade Edition and Street Fighter V: Champion Edition) - For being a Shotoclone,she sure doesn't have many barefoot outfits. Sakura's only barefoot in her Swimsuit.
Christie Monteiro (the Tekken Series) - Being a student of the Capoeira,fighting barefoot just makes sense.
Nina Williams (Tekken 1) - The 1st Tekken game is the Only time we get to see Nina barefoot in her Default Outfit By Default.
Zafina (Tekken 6) - She's barefoot in heeled sandals.
Most Females When Customized (Tekken 6) - Most ladies of Tekken 6 can be customized to be barefoot.
Asuka,Ibuki,and Elena (Street Fighter x Tekken) - Aside from Ibuki and Elena being barefoot in their Default Outfits,Asuka has an Alt-Outfit,similar to Ibuki's.
Mai Shiranui (Fatal Fury 3,Fatal Fury:Wild Ambition,Real Bout Fatal Fury 1,2,and Special) - Before SNK got stupid and covered her feet up,they made her barefoot (wearing wraps and instep guards) in 5 Different Fatal Fury Games (listed above).
Android 18 (Dragon Ball Z: Budokai 2,3,and Dragon Ball Legends) - In the final 2 Budokai Games and in Dragon Ball Legends,Android 18's feet are in flip-flops,giving you a nice view of her feet.
Custom Hero (Dragon Ball Xenoverse) - You can make the Custom Earthling or Saiyan female fighter barefoot.
Custom Hero (Dragon Ball Xenoverse 2) - Same as the previous game.
Android 18 and Videl (Dragon Ball Xenoverse 2) - Both are barefoot in their Swimsuit alts.
Various Women (The Dead or Alive Series) - The ladies are mainly barefoot or wearing super revealing sandals in their Swimsuits.
Chae Lim (King Of Fighters: Maximum Impact,King of Fighters Maximum Impact 2,and King of Fighters Maximum Impact Regulation "A") - She's a Tae-Kwan-Do expert who fights barefoot in a Gi.
Vanessa (King of Fighters XIV and King of Fighters XV) - Wears revealing Heeled Sandals.
Luong (King of fighters XIV) - Wears Instep Guards/Ankle Wraps.
Maria (Body Blows) - A sexy spanish fighter from an obscure Amiga Fighting game. She fights barefoot.
Kai-Ti (Body Blows Galactic) - The sequel to Body Blows and another obscure Amiga game. She's a hot alien woman from Planet Feminion.
Kaori,Satomi,and Yuka (Variable Geo) - Satomi and Yuka fight barefoot wearing instep guards. Kaori fights hosed foot wearing them.
Jetta Maxx (Eternal Champions) - Jetta is a barefoot acrobatic fighter.
Raven (Eternal Champions: Challenge from the Dark Side) Raven is a Voodoo Priestess,so naturally She's be barefoot.
Maya (Killer Instinct 2,Killer Instinct Gold,and Killer Instinct 2013) - Maya is a barefooting Amazon Warrior,who's only barefoot in her debut game. In the 2013 title,she's only barefoot in her Retro Costume.
Anna (Fist Fighter) - A cute chick from an obscure Commadore 64 and Amiga fighting game.
Caoli (Tough Guy) - She's a cute Japanese Karate Gal from an Obscure PC and Dreamcast game from Taiwan.
Custom Warriors (Soul Calibur 4,5,and 6) - You can create barefooted Custom Warriors in these games.
Wolf Girl Jo (Ehrgeiz) - A Wild Girl who fights barefoot in instep guards.
Any Female Fighter (Virtua Fighter 5 and VF5 Final Showdown) - You can customize the Entire Roster of Fighters and make them barefoot.
Hokkyoku Tsubame (Bushido Blade 1) - A Samurai Gal who wears Toeless Socks. Only in the 1st game,though.
Red Shadow (Bushido Blade 1 and 2) - An Alt-Costume has her barefoot in sandals.
Jo Kotomura (Bushido Blade 2) - An Alt-Costume has her barefoot in sandals.
