Episode 14 - The Old Fortune-Teller's Tournament
Master Roshi asks Gine about Dr. Gero? Gine tells him that he wasn't here and that they'll need to go after him next time. Kakarot is ready for some grub and then he'll search for the Final Dragon Ball. So,the Dragon team heads out to find the Final Dragon Ball,but after a 2 day search,they come up empty. The last Dragon Ball is impossible to find for unknown reasons. Gine is frustrated,because they need the Balls to revive Bora.
Master Roshi has a solution - His Older Sister,Fortune-Teller Baba. Gine remembers her well. Roshi explains that Baba can help them find the Ball. So,while Bulma,Launch,Puar,and Oolong remain at Kame House, Kakarot,Gine,Master Roshi,Krillin,and Yamcha head to Baba's Palace.
Baba tells Gine and Kakarot that it's nice to see them again asks what they need. Gine explains that they need to find the location of the Final Dragon Ball to revive a friend. Baba understands and for 1 Million Zeni,she'll tell her. Gine tells her that she doesn't have That kind of money.
Baba thinks and comes up with an alternative - Defeat her 6 Otherworldly Warriors and she'll give them All a free Reading. Gine accepts. Baba leads the team to an Outdoor Arena,where she introduces her 1st warrior - Fangs The Vampire. Master Roshi has Krillin step up first.
Krillin defeats Fangs in 1 hit by unleashing a huge burp in his face. Krillin reveals that he had Pasta with extra Garlic for lunch today. Baba calls Krillin's victory "Dumb Luck" and sends out her next fighter - Wolfang the Wolf Man.
Wolfang was a wild anthropomorphic Wolf,who heavily resembled the "Wolfman". Yamcha is chosen to be the next fighter. Yamcha has a tough time with the Wolf Man,but there is a window for victory. Since Wolfang likes cute women and their cute feet,he is easily distracted by Gine's cute feet. So Yamcha manages to deliver a fierce "Wolf Fang Fist" combo to defeat the Wolf Man.
Baba curses Wolfangs foot fetish and sends out her next Warrior - Swampmore the Creature. Swampmore the Creature was a light blue expy of the "Creature from the Black Lagoon". Yamcha decides to take it on,but Roshi objects,saying that he hasn't been battling in a long time and that he's getting out of practice.
So it's now Master Roshi vs Swampmore The Creature. Roshi defeats the Creature while he's fighting the urge to kidnap Gine. Baba tells herself that Swampmore needs to be mentally retrained. Roshi tells his sister that that's 3 warriors down and 3 more to go.
Baba tells her "Baby" brother to not be too overconfident,as the next 3 fighters are gonna be Much tougher. She sends out the 4th Warrior - Bandages,the Mummy. Gine wants to fight next and defeats Bandages easily,she even breaks out of his Bandage Binding Move called "Bandage Bondage".
Baba is shocked at Gine's strength and summons Mr. Frank,The Monster. The next warrior was Mr. Frank,who resembled a giant muscly Frankenstein Monster,only with the bolts in his head,instead of his neck. Gine sees the resemblance between Mr. Frank and Eighter right away.
Gine has some difficulty,due to Mr. Frank's resemblance to her friend Eighter,but manages to knock him out of the ring. Baba declares the match a victory for Gine and introduces her 6th and Final Warrior - Spike the Devilman.
Kakarot wants to fight next and Gine allows him. Spike promises to end this quickly and fires his "Devilmite Beam" at Goku,knocking him down. Spike tells the the others that "The Kid" was hit by his "Devilmite Beam",an attack that instantly kills those with minds,hearts,and souls tainted by evil.
But Kakarot gets up and complains that the attack stung. Spike is shocked. Baba realizes why the attack was ineffective - Kakarot's Heart,Mind,and Soul are nearly untainted,plus Kakarot himself is stronger than Spike the Devilman. She reveals that the Devilmight Beam is ineffective against 2 types of people - Those Untainted by Evil and Those Who are Stronger than the Beam's User.
Spike materializes a pitchfork and attacks Kakarot,but gets knocked out by a kick. Kakarot wins and asks Baba if she can help them find the Dragon Ball now? Baba chuckles mischievously and tells Kakarot that there is one more opponent that He alone must face. Should he win,she'll keep her promise.
Baba calls in a Masked and Cloaked Man.

Episode 15 - The Mysterious Invincible 7th Warrior.
The Cloaked and Masked Fighter gets ready for battle. Gine senses something familiar about him. Kakarot attacks,but isn't damaging him. The Mysterious Man knocks Kakarot back and starts his attack. The Battle is completely one-sided,as Kakarot's attacks are doing nothing to the Man,but the Man's attacks are hurting Kakarot.
Gine begins to worry,but the Masked Man tells her that her Son will be fine and he wasn't using full power. Gine recognizes the Man's voice and begins to wonder if the Man is..?. The Man finishes his beat-down on Kakarot and calls him a disgusting embarrassment to Warriors all over the Galaxy and tells him to fight with Everything he has.
A battle damaged Kakarot attacks again and is beaten down again. He fires a Kamehameha wave,but the Masked Man just harmlessly blocks it with his hand. The Masked man tells Kakarot if he can pull of his mask,he'll admit defeat and reveal Who he is.
it takes some very hard work,but Kakarot eventually pulls off the Man's Mask.The Man tells the Kid "Well Done!" and pulls back his hood to reveal that he looks like a slightly tanned adult version of Kakarot himself. Gine is overcome with emotion as she says the Man's name - "Bardock!".
Gine tells Kakarot to meet his Father,Bardock. Kakarot asks Bardock if he's Really his Father. Bardock nods and after Gine and Kakarot group hug him,Bardock reveals that he agreed to be Baba's 7th fighter to test Kakarot's fighting abilities,and while Kakarot still has ways to go,he's glad that he kept up with his training.
Gine and Bardock have a brief (almost one-sided) emotional moment. Bardock tells Kakarot that his time is nearly gone and tells him to get stronger so that he'll actually have a shot of beating strong guys like him. Kakarot promises. Gine apologizes to Bardock for not being able to wish him back. But Bardock tells her that he's having fun in the Otherworld and that King Yemma,the Master there,has let him keep his body,due to his "heroic" act of confronting that "Fascist" Frieza.
Kakarot asks who Frieza is? Bardock just tells him that he'll find out when he's ready,but in the meanwhile to train hard - Very Hard! After giving Gine a hug and Kakarot a noogie,Bardock returns to the afterlife.
Meanwhile,on a small island,Pilaf is watching Mai and Shu spar. Mai is jacketless and barefoot,due to hearing that fighting barefoot is beneficial. Pilaf thinks Mai looks attractive barefoot and intends on making her his own Barefoot Servant Girl once he becomes the "Almighty King Of The World".
In Pilaf's lap is a small black box,within it is the Final Dragon Ball. Pilaf mentions that the Box blocks out any and all detection devices,so Kakarot and friends have no idea that they have the Ball.
Back at Baba's Palace,Baba reveals the location of the last Dragon Ball. Gine and Kakarot leave to find it.

Episode 16 - The Next Training - Korin Tower.
They are lead to Pilaf's training camp. After some dialogue,Gine and Kakarot defeat the Pilaf Gang and take their Dragon Ball. The Pilaf Gang summons their "Pilaf Machines",which combine.Gine defeats the Pilaf Gang once again.
When the Mother-Son duo return to the Land Of Korin,they apologize to Upa for the long wait and are ready to revive Bora. They gather the Dragon Balls and summon Shenron,who revives Bora. Everyone is happy that Bora is alive again. Upa thanks Shenron as he leaves.
During a cook-out,Bora notices that Gine is barefoot. gine tells him that it makes her an efficient fighter,plus she finds it comforting. Bora tells Gine that many of Earth's greatest warriors have fought shoeless. As a boon for reviving him,he teaches both Gine and Kakarot how to sense others via their Ki.
After teaching the Saiyan's about sensing ki,Bora tells them about a great mentor that can help them get stronger,The Guardian of this land - Korin. And that to reach Korin,they'll have to climb Korin's Tower. Gine and Kakarot accept that challenge.
And So,Kakarot and Gine climb Korin Tower,with hopes that Korin can make them stronger. The duo meet Korin and are surprised that he's a Cat. Korin hears that they want to become stronger,but tells them that in order for him to train them,they must pass a few tests.
The first test is to retrieve a small round bell from him. The Saiyan Duo try to catch the speedy cat and eventually Gine swipes the bell from him.
Korin congratulates Gine and now tells Kakarot to do the same thing. Kakarot chases Korin and eventually gets the bell.
For the next trial,Gine and Kakarot must detect which Him is the Real Him. The Saiyans are confused by his words. But get it when Korin creates 100 copies of himself.
Gine and Kakarot use their new ki sensing ability to find the Real Korin. Korin is impressed with their abilities and tells them if they past this final test,he'll train them. But warns that the final test is the most harsh.
Korin produces 2 bottle. Korin tells them that each of these bottles contain Sacred Divine Water and depending on the Mortal, can either boost their strength by 10% or painfully poison them for likely an eternity.
Gine is unsure and decides to pass. Kakarot,on the other hand,goes for it,despite his mother's wishes.
After taking a drink, Kakarot isn't poisoned and has his strength boosted. Koin calls Kakarot lucky,while Gine is relieved.
Since Gine didn't take the final test,she can't train with Korin. Gine decides to go back to her own way of training. After thanking "Master Korin" and wishing Kakarot luck with his training,Gibe flies out of Korin Tower.
Meanwhile,Gohan is about to have an unfriendly and deadly visitor.

Episode 17 - Enter - Tien Shinhan,Master of Crane Way!
Gine arrives back at Gohan's home on Mount Paozu,where she sees Gohan struggling against a mysterious 3-eyed bald warrior. Gine beats him back easily and demands to know who he is? The fighter introduces himself as Tien Shinhan and that he was sent here by his Master to Kill Gohan because Gohan is a student of Master Roshi's,his Master's mortal enemy.
Gine tells Tien to go away or she'll finish him off. Tien promises revenge. Gohan thanks Gine and tells her that Tien Shinhan is a member of The Crane School,run by The inventor of the Tsuru-Sen'nin style of Martial Arts,Master Shen. He reveals according to Master Roshi,Shen and Roshi were once good friends,but Shen got corrupted by Money and Power. Both Roshi and Shen split and eventually founded their own Martial Arts Types - Kame-Sen'nin Style for Roshi and Tsuru-Sen'nin Style for Shen.
He then recalls watching the 2nd Tenkaichi Budokai Tournament,in which Shen and Roshi were the finalists. When Shen couldn't outmatch Roshi in battle,he used cheating tactics. But,in the end,he was defeated. Scarred by the loss,Shen vowed to make Roshi suffer,so as long as they Both lived.
Gine leaves to warn Ox-King,Krillin,Kakarot and Roshi about the Assassin. Gine heads to Kame House,where Roshi is training Krillin and Yamcha. Gine warns them that there might be a Crane School student out to Assassinate them.
Roshi knew it was only a matter of time before his Rival and Enemy,Master Shen would strike. Gine tells him that the Assassin's name was Tien and that he might be after All Turtle Students. Gine tells Roshi to stay safe,as she's leaves to warn The Ox-King.
Gine heads to Fry-Pan Mountain to warn Ox-King. Ox-King is a bit frightened,but will fight if he has to. Gine asks where Chi Chi is? Ox-King tells Gine that She's on her way to Master Roshi's for training. Gine tells Ox-King that Chi Chi's life could be in danger,as any Daughter of Master Roshi's Studen,is likely an Enemy of Shen's.
Gine flies Ox-King to Master Roshi's to wait for Chi Chi. Chi Chi arriVes and is told the bad news. Chi Chi is horrified,but Gine assures her that she'll protect everyone. The next day,Tien Shinhan arrives at Kame House to kill Master Roshi and his students,per his Master's orders.
Gine asks why Tien's really doing this? Tien tells her that it's nothing personal,but he needs to carry out his Master's orders. Gine and Tien fight,with Gine winning. Gine complements Tien on his fighting skills and offers to help nurse his wounds,but Tien just flies away,promising to get even in the name of Master Shen.
Back on Korin Tower,Kakarot is training with weighted clothes. Gine drops by and tells Kakarot about Tien. Kakarot takes interest in Tien and asks Korin if he can take a break to find and fight him? Korin tells him that he can,but to return soon after.
Gine and Kakarot hunt down Tien and attempt to convince him to stop hunting down Members of the Turtle School. They find Tien out in the fields camping with his little friend Chiaotzu. Tien is recovering from his wounds that he got from Gine.
Tien needs to defeat Gine,but isn't strong enough yet. Gine and Kakarot confront Tien and Chiaotzu. Gine tries to convince Tien to give up his assassination attempts. But Tien tells her that he can't and won't,because he owes Master Shen a lot for taking him in.
Gine sees that Tien is still injured and tells him that he and Kakarot will have a match right here in 2 weeks. If Kakarot wins,he must give up his assassination attempts. Tien wants to know what he get's if He wins? Gine tells Tien that they will let him kill everyone associated with Master Roshi,no interuptions from her or Kakarot.
Tien asks why she's giving him a chance to heal and train? Gine tells him that it's the only honorable thing to do,plus that it's nice being nice - even to ones foe. Tien calls Gine foolish and tells her to prepare for the funerals of her friends.
Gine and Kakarot leave.

Episode 18 - Tien Shinhan vs. Kakarot - A Superpower Duel!
2 weeks later,Kakarot and Tien begin their Fight,with Gine and Chiaotzu watching. After a few words,Tien and Kakarot fight. Tien is more skilled than Kakarot,but the young Saiyan has the strength advantage.
Chiaotzu uses his psychic powers on Kakarot,allowing Tien to get a bunch of powerful hits in and even a "Dodonpa" Beam,the Crain Schools answer to The Kamehameha Wave. Both Gine and Tien realize that Chiaotzu is using his powers on Kakarot. Tien tells Chioatzu to stop and that he wants to destroy Kakarot in a fair fight. But Chiaotzu counters that their Master has always told them to win by Any Means Necessary.
Gine calls Master Shen a real bastard. Chiaotzu knows this too but,mentions that Shen took them in and trained them,so they need to stay loyal. Tien asks his friend politely to not interfere. Chiaotzu agrees and releases his hold on Kakarot.
Tien apologizes for Chiaotzu's overzealousness and promises that the rest of the fight will be fair. Kakarot thinks that Tien isn't such a bad guy after all. Tien tells Kakarot to think what he wants. The fight continues whith Tien and Kakarot going all out.
Kakarot eventually defeats Tien and congratulates him on a great fight. Tien says that he'll honor their conditions and will stop hunting Master Roshi and his students. Tien is impressed with Kakarot's skills and gives the Saiyan his respect.
Tien tells both Gine and Kakarot that they Must fight again,but this time at the 22nd Tenkai'ichi Budoukai Tournament,set 3 years from today. Kakarot is excited,as is Gine,who also needs the money to repair Gohan's House.
And so Both sides agree to meet at the Tournament in 3 years.

Episode 19 - Gine and Bulma's Girls Day Out!
After Kakarot went back to Korin's to continue training,Gine (now dressed in a pink and green sundress and sandals) heads to West City to meet with Bulma,who invited her for a little Female Bonding time. Gine arrives at Capsule Corp,there she meets Bulma's Parents - Her Mom,Panchi Brief and her Dad,Founder of Capsule Corp and Tech Genius,Dr. Boxer Brief.
Bulma arrives (wearing her Tien Shinhan Saga outfit)and asks Gine if she's ready for a fun and relaxing Girls day out? Gine is pretty excited herself.
And so the 2 head out to enjoy their Day Out. Their first stop is the local Mall,where they Shop,get a bite to eat,and get pedicures and foot massages,though (Bulma has her toes painted blue,Gine decides not to have her's painted,however.). They harassed by a few punks,but Gine easily beats them up. Bulma and Gine have fun together and Bulma even admits that Gine is like the Big Sister that She's always wanted.
Bulma mentions that her Real Sister,Tights,was never there for her,so she kinda grew up without any sort of Sisterhood. Gine tells Bulma that she's in the same boat,as Her own Older Sister (and her father too) disowned her for not only being non-violent,but for marring a low-class warrior.
Bulma wonders what Gine means? Gine finally tells Bulma the truth about her and Kakarot's origins. Bulma thinks its so cool and wants to visit space one day. Gine and Bulma continue there day.
Later in the evening,back at Capsule Corp,Gine is teaching Bulma some fighting techniques. Gine even convinced Bulma to train barefoot. Gine pulls her punches during the sparring session and but stops when Bulma gets tired.
Buma admits it kinda feels good to get this type of work-out,but has no interest in becoming a fighter. Gine understands. Bulma also likes the way being barefoot feels and will try to shed her shoes often. Gine giggles.
Bulma thanks Gine for the cool time. Gine thanks Bulma for showing her more of this "Great City". The 2 share a hug,say their good-byes and part ways for now.

Episode 20 - The 22nd Tenkai'ichi Budoukai Tournament Is Here.
Three years later, Kakarot reunites with his friends and Mother and enters the 22nd Tenka'ichi Budoukai Tournament. It's revealed that Gohan felt sick,so he couldn't come.However,Ox-King is here to see Chi Chi,who's entering the Tournament for the 1st Time. Chi Chi has been training with Krillin and Yamcha under Master Roshi and is very happy to be reunited with Kakarot.
Master Roshi hits on Bulma again and pays for it - Again. Krillin tells Kakarot that he's found the 4-Star Dragon Ball just by luck. Kakarot is happy for his friend.
As the Heroes advanced to the Tournament arena,they come face to face with Master Shen,the Crain Master,who has Tien and Chiaotzu with him. Things get heated with Roshi and Shen and the 2 almost get into a fight,but Gine and Tien prevent it.
Tien looks forward to seeing how much Kakarot has improved and boasts that the results won't be the same as their last battle. He also tells Gine that he's ready for her too. The following fighters get by the prelims - Master Roshi as Jackie Chun,Chi Chi,Chiaotzu,Yamcha,Krillin,Kakarot,Gine,and Tien Shinhan.
The first Match is between Yamcha and Tien Shinhan. Tien does a little trash talk,callling Yamcha the "Weakest Man He's Ever Seen". This gets Yamcha pissed and begins his attack. After a violent fight, Tien beats Yamcha and breaks his leg.
Tien calls Yamcha a "Poor Excuse for a Fighter" and smugly tells him to "Train Harder,or Be Forced To Become The World's Ultimate Butt-Monkey" as he kicks his downed opponent out of the ring. Tien wins.
Yamcha is taken to the hospital with major injuries. In the second match Jackie Chun battles Chu Chi,who's dressed in a Turtle School Gi,but with a blue undershirt. Chi Chi proves to be tough match for Jackie Chun and almost beats him,but Chun grabs her ankle,removes her shoe,and tickles her cute bare foot. The very ticklish Chi Chi surenders. Jackie Chun wins by Submition. Jackie Chun enjoyed tickling Chi Chi's foot and says he looks forward to her in 10 years.
Kakarot tells Chi Chi that she was great. Chi Chi thanks Kakarot and the 2 have a conversation. Krillin's up next and Kakarot wishes him luck. The next fight pits Krillin against Chiaotzu.
Tien overhears Kakarot and Chi Chi talking about Kakarot and Gine's battle with the Red Ribbon Army and it's termination by them. He also hears that Kakarot has killed Mercenary Tao. Tien leaves to tell his Master.
Master Shen is furious that Kakarot and Gine killed his "Baby Brother" Tao AND ended the Red Ribbon Army,which He had a furure position in as a Martial Arts Trainer. Tien is secretly relieved,as he disliked the Red Ribbon Army and Hated Tao for his constant bulling of Chiaotzu.
Master Shen then orders Chiaotzu to Kill Krillin and make Kakarot and Gine suffer sorrow,the way He suffered sorrow due the Death of Tao and the Red Ribbon Army. Chiaotzu uses his Psychic Abilities,but after confusing Chiaotzu with some cleaver wordplay and some math problems,Krillin is able to win.
The next match pits Gine against Kakarot. Gine tells Kakarot that she's been training real hard and has improved her techniques and to not expect her to go easy on her. Kakarot is glad on all fronts. The fight is fast and furious,but after almost knocking her son out,Gine realises that she's gotten too strong and decides to drop out of the Tournament,making Kakarot the winner by default.
Tien questions Gine's decision,but Gine says that she's too strong for this Tournament and that if she continued,she would end up sweeping the entire thing and what fun would that be,not just for the fans,but for herself,who wants to fight challenging opponents.
Tien understans and respects her for it. Gine wishes Tien luck against Kakarot in the Finals.

Episode 21 - The Semi-Final Fights
The next battle pits Jackie Chun against Tien Shinhan. The 2 battle and Chun is impressed by Tien's abilities. He also senses that Tien isn't really and evil guy. Launch (in her bad form) thinks that Tien is "Kinda Cool". After a while,Jackie Chun gives up. He tells Tien that he's retiring from fighting and is gonna leave it all up to the next generation,which is prooving to be stronger than he'd ever dreamed.
Jackie Chun tells Tien that he should use his amazing powers for good. Tien scoffs. Jackie Chun then reveals himself to be Master Roshi to everybody. Everyone is surprised. In the next match,Krillinn battles Kakarot.
Kakarot wins and the 2 best friends shake hands. Gine returns and tells Kakarot and friends that the doctors say that Yamcha is gonna be alright. Kakarot is glad to hear it.

Episode 22 - The Grand Finals - Tien Shinhan vs. Kakarot II.
The finals start and Kakarot fights against Tien. Both fight at the same level, but as Kakarot takes advantage,Chiaotzu is commanded by Master Shen to paralyze him. Tien eventually notices this and tells Chiaotzu to stop it.
Chiaoutzu does,but is ordered again by The Crane Master. Tien tells his friend to stop,but Shen tells him not to. Little Chiaotzu becomes very confused. Suddenly Master Roshi attacks Master Shen kicking him out of the contest.
Tien and Chiaotzu realize that Master Shen wasn't all that honorable and decide to give up on his evil ways. Tien also gives up on his dream of becoming an assassin and just focus on a better dream - To Become The Greatest Warrior in The World.
Kakarot (and gine) approve. Tien and Kakarot begin to fight fairly. Chi Chi starts to fall in love with Kakarot. As all of this is going on,The Pilaf Gang is digging for treasure,they dig up an Urn. Pilaf recognizes that Urn as the thing that will help him Conquer the World.
Back at the Tournament, Tien destroys the battle arena using his Tri-Beam technique,so both continue fighting in the air. The first person who falls from the air will lose. Tien wins when Kakarot is struck down by an incoming Sky Car. Tien Shinhan wins.
Later,Tien meets with the heroes and talks with them. He aplogises for antagonizing them and even gives an apology to Yamcha. Yamcha wants a rematch,as does Kakarot. Tien is happy to give them one. Kakarot and Chi Chi also have a private moment,where Chi Chi asks Kakarot to marry her one day.
Not to seem rude,Kakarot agrees. Bulma's ready for another Dragon Ball hunt. Krillin leaves to get the 4-Star Ball. After a few minutes Krillin scream is heard. The heroes and Tien rush to see what's wrong and are horrified when they find Krillin murdered. Not only that but the Dragon Ball is gon too.
