Note: In this Universe both Roll and Rock have been aged up,they are now designed to look like they are in their late-teens early 20's.

In the Year 20XX,Famed Roboticist,Dr. Thomas Light created 2 household Androids,Rock for Lab Work and Roll for House Cleaning. Rock was a nice guy with determination and a strong sense of justice. Roll was as equally as determined as her brother,but with a good work ethic. Not to say,Rock lacked a good work ethic,but it was nothing compared to Roll's. Both Rock and Roll are also caring,honest,and fun-loving individuals.
These Androids weren't just Dr. Light's robots,but his Children. Dr. Light makes his residence in the middle of the United States within a Lab that doubles as a house. The residence is secluded,so Dr. Light can work and live in peace.
Sometime after Rock and Roll's creation,Dr.Light created 7 Industrial Robots,followed by an 8th experimental Robot,who can slow down or speed up time.
They are - Cut Man,a Lumberjack;Guts Man,a Construction Worker; Ice Man,an Arctic Investigator;Bomb Man,a Demolitions Robot;Fire Man,a Welder and Waste Disposal Robot;Elec Man,a Power Generator Repairs Robot;and Bond Man,an Adhesive Robot.
The Experimental Robot is Time Man,who was built to help with people's time issues.
At the National Robotics Expo,Dr. Light is showing off his 8 new Robots and their abilities. Rock and Roll are also in attendance,all dressed up in formal attire. The demonstration goes over very well and the public is excited to see these Robot Masters at work.
Meanwhile,within his fortress/lab on an island just north of Hawaii,watching the Expo,via internet streaming,is Dr. Albert W. Wily. Dr. Wily is a former friend and assistant of Dr. Light,who in recent decades,turned into a bitter rival. Though this rivalry is one sided,with only Wily holding the grudge.
Dr. Wily,sick ant tired of his genius being ignored by the public and by the elites,hatches a plan for World Domination. He figures that if the people won't accept him as the Ultimate Genius Roboticist,then he'll just force them to as their Master.
Hours Later,The Light family return home from the Expo. They talk about how successful the Expo was for them and how cool it was that the public was interested/invested in the Robot Masters. Roll kicks off her shoes and is relieved to be out of them. Causing Dr. Light and Rock to chuckle.
Roll,in her stockinged feet,hops down on the sofa and puts her pretty feet up on the coffee table. She turns on the TV to see in Dr. Light's Robot Masters have made the news. And sure enough they did. They even aired an interview that Dr. Light did with the press earlier.
Dr. Light is very proud of his work and considers it the first step in his dream to bring Humanity and Robots together in a more peaceful and prosperous world. Roll thinks that dream is wonderful,as does Rock.
Roll gets up from her seat and decides to change before getting dinner started. She takes her discarded shoes and heads upstairs to her room. Rock decides to change out of his formal attire as well. Dr. Light wonders why Albert Wily never attended the Expo,as he was personally invited by him.
Dr. Light sits on the couch and reminisces about his days with Albert Wily. Albert was a reserved Man,but very intelligent. In fact,in their Robotics Institute days,Albert had many many creative ideas. One such idea was a single machine that could electo-magneticly mold and control rocks,clay,and even slime. Both he and Albert were not just best friends,but friendly rivals during those days.
But then,the rejections started. The Board thought that Albert Wily's inventions were too experimental,and not what the Board was looking for in technological Progress. Plus,they would be too expensive to fund. Albert Wily was furious at all those rejections,though Light stood by him.
But one day,the Board was given a 4 Billion Dollar Zenni Donation by a mysterious Grecian Billionaire,so they decided to go big with their next prospects. Being the Top students at the University,Albert and Thomas were selected to come up with new ideas for a better tommorow.
Albert Wily pitched an idea for a prototype device that he was working on that would give Robots Superhuman abilities. Abilities that will help Mankind on a grand scale. This device was called the Double Gear System.
Thomas pitched giving Robots Advanced A.I. And argued that if Robots and Humans were mental equals,the world would be better. He also went over the flaws of Albert's Double Gear System,stating that the system would put immense strain on the Robot equipped with it.
The Board decided to go with Thomas' idea,stating that while Advanced A.I. research would be long and experimental,the investment will be worth it. Plus,Super Robots would be just too dangerous. Albert Wily tried to make his case for the Double Gear,but fails. Furious,Albert stormed out of the room.
From that day forward,Thomas and Albert's friendship became strained. After Graduation,they both started their own rival labs,though Albert's inventions were constantly under-preforming compared to Thomas'. One day,Albert and Thomas reunited for a few projects,though Wily was merely an assistant,he was still payed very well and got the credit he deserved. Though,it still wasn't enough for him. He hated to share the spotlight and felt that Thomas was getting more credit and admiration then himself.
And after completing a Prototype Android,Albert and Thomas had a heavy argument on how Robots and Androids should be used. Thomas wanted them to Help and Bond with Mankind,but Albert wanted to use them for Fame and Fortune.
After the Argument,the 2 went their separate ways - this time permanently. That Argument was 5 years ago and he hoped that Albert had gotten over that fight.
A Day Later,Rock and Roll are watching TV. Roll decided to forgo shoes for the day,for comfort reasons. Rock questions this and finds it strange.
Suddenly,a news report comes on saying that Dr. Light's Robot Masters are attacking New York City. They then show footage of the incident,shocking Rock and Roll. Roll calls Dr.Light in to see the report. The good doctor is shocked and wonders why the Robot Masters are Being Bad?
Suddenly,a blue screen with a "Dr. W" Logo appears on TV. A sinister laugh can be heard. It's Dr. Albert Wily. Dr. Wily introduces himself and reveals that He's the one who reprogrammed Dr. Light's Robot Masters. Sick to death of being looked down upon by the Leaders of the World,He intends to use the Robot Masters and All robots to Dominate the World. He then blasts the Elites for driving him to this and that this event would've been avoided if They would've just recognized him as The Ultimate Roboticist and the Ultimate Genius. He gives the World Leaders 48 Hours to submit to him,or what's happening to NYC Will happen to the rest of the World.
Dr. Light is shocked to learn that his old friend is behind this. After Wily's Broadcast ends, A disheartened and worried Dr. Light wonders what to do now? no one on earth can possibly stop the Robot Masters.
Rock,having a strong sense of Justice,volunteers to become a warrior to stop the bots. Roll also volunteers. Dr. Light refuses,sighting that i'd be too dangerous. But after being convinced,Dr. Light accepts Rock's decision. He tells Roll to get her shoes on and that he's gonna need help with the conversion.
The Conversion to Lab Assistant is a quick and simple procedure. In fact,without Roll's aid,the possess would've taken longer. Hours later Rock has become Mega Man,the Blue Bomber. Mega Man is equipped with a Plasma Blaster Arm Canon,called the Mega Buster. The Mega Buster is also equipped with a Variable Weapon System,which allows Mega Man to copy the powers of Robot Masters.
Mega Man Also is equipped with a micro-teleporter,which will allow him to go anywhere.
In NYC,the Robot Masters are continuing their assault on the City,this time working as a Gang. Mega Man arrives and confronts them. He tries to get them to stop,but his words are met with violence. Mega Man is overwhelmed by the 8-on-1 assault and is beaten. Mega Man teleports back to Dr. Light's lab,with the Robot Masters cheering and laughing.
Back at Dr. Light's,Mega Man is being repaired by Dr. Light,who thinks he may have made a mistake allowing Rock to become a fighter. He laments that since Rock failed,the world is finished. Roll volunteers to take Rock's place,since she's stronger than Rock,she's fair better against the Robot Masters.
Dr. Light,seeing that there is no choice,agrees.
Meanwhile,Dr. Wily is sitting in his Saucer above his Lab,watching the chaos in NYC via his phone,very pleased with what he sees. He contacts his Robot Masters and tells them that it's time to "Expand" their reach.
The Next Morning,Roll has been finally converted into a Warrior. She has the same abilities as Mega Man,except she's physically stronger. Her outfit is the same as Mega Man's,except Red and with a skirt.
Dr. Light checks his Satellite Scanner to check for Robot Master activity. The Scanner's Monitor shows The Robot Masters have split up to different parts of the Country. Cut Man has taken over a Wood Distributor in Oregon. Guts Man is causing destruction and re-construction in The Grand Canyon. Ice Man is Super freezing Everything in Hawaii. Bomb Man is demolishing the City of Seattle in Washington State. Fire Man has hijacked a Waste Disposal Facility in Texas. Elec Man has taken over The Power Spire in Nevada. Bond Man has taken over a Glue Factory in New Mexico. And Time Man is occupying an Abandoned Clock Tower in New York State.
Roll is ready to take down the Robots.
