Don Turetlli's Penthouse Suite,East City 4:40PM
Don Turtelli and his 2 henchmen,Rodney and Bruce,are watching over Bulma Brief (wearing her super outfit) and her friend Chi-Chi Son (wearing her super saga outfit),who were tied up to chairs,blindfolded,and barefoot. Bare feet are placed on ottomans. Both pairs of feetwere very pretty. Bulma even has her toes painted blue.
The 2 ladies were just recently captured by Turtelli and his gang for questioning.
Don Turtelli takes out a feather from his jacket and turns his attention to Bulma.
"Okay, little lady, talk. Tell me all you know about how to find the Dragon Balls?" The Don inquired,somewhat threatiningly.
"Never, you loser!" Bulma told him defiantly.
"That's Right! We don't have to tell you Anything. Now let us go,you thug!" Chi-Chi told Turtelli,with great defiance in her voice.
"Yeah,not in a million years,creepo!" Bulma continued being defiant.
"Okay, Blue, you had your chance. Now pay the penalty!" Turtelli told Bulma maliciously as he waved his feather a bit.
Bruce pins down Bulma's legs,as Don Turtelli starts tickling her feet with the feather. And he does it with gusto. Bruce stares at Bulma's feet with a bit of lust in his eyes.
"Ahahahahahaha!Forget it!Hahahahaha! I-I won't talk,you jerk!Hahahahahahaha!" Bulma laughed hysterically,still very defiant.
Turtelli continues tickling Bulma's beautiful bare feet for another couple of minutes.
"For being suchba brainy chick,Miss Breif sure is tough." Rodney observed.
"Well,then. Let's see if Mrs. Son will break" Turtelli told his minion as he stopped tickling Bulma and moved on to Chi-Chi.
Bruce releases Bulma's legs and walks to Chi-Chi.
"Okay,Chi-Chi,if you know whats best for you and your sanity,You'd talk? How can we find the Dragon Ball's?" He asked,threateningly.
"Bite Me! I would never allow a creep like you to use the Dragon Balls!" Chi-Chi told him with some anger in her voice. "My Goku or Gohan will find and rescue us!"
"Heh,I doubt it. I noone even knows that your here,I made sure of that. Now,let's see how ticklish your feet are?" Turtelli told her.
Turtelli tickles Chi-Chi's bare feet,as Bruce pins down her legs.
"Hahahaha! D-Damn It!!Hahahahaha!"Chi-Chi cursed,as she laughed hysterically.
"Talk Now!" He warned her as he continued to tickle her soles and toes.
"Chi Chi's feet are very pretty as well,boss" Bruce commented,excitedly.
"Oogle their feet on your own time,Bruce!." Turtelli told his henchman,still tickling Chi-Chi's feet.
Suddenly,a commercial on the TV catches the attention of the Turtelli gang. It's Fortuneteller Baba advertising her new Fortune Telling business. Turtelli stops tickling,and Bruce releases Chi-Chi's legs.
"Fortuneteller Baba,The Worldwide Leader in Psychics!" a mysterious voice said in the backround of the commercial.
"That's right folkes,I can predict anything. From your future to where lost items are,I can see it all. I even do seances! So come on down to Baba's Psychic Hut and get your future told,today!" Fortuneteller Baba enthusiastically told the people watching.
With that,the commercial ends.
"Well,looks like we have a fresh new target,boys." Turtelli told his minions,smiling deviously. "Go to Fortuneteller Baba's and....make her an offer she can't refuse. heh heh heh.
The two henchmen immediately head to Baba's. Turtelli puts the feather back in his jacket.
Both women bring their feet down to the floor.
"I'll deal with you 2 lovelies later,after I've taken care of some buisness" Turtelli told the ladies of Dragon Ball,as he left the room.
"Good,he's gone! Now we can get out of here!" Bulma told Chi-Chi with releif in her voice.
"Having my feet tickled was kinda weird!" Chi-Chi admitted.
"I never want my feet tickled again! Ever!" Bulma told her friend as she tried struggling out of bondage. "Ugh! It's no use,these ropes are too tight!"
"Looks like we're stuck here for a bit" Chi-Chi told her friend sighing.
Bulma groans in annoyance.
